Section 17 in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
17. The Planning Board:-
(1)There shall be constituted a Planning Board of the University which shall advise generally on the Planning and Development of the University and keep under review the standard of education and research in the University.(2)The Constitution of the Planning Board and the manner of appointment of its members shall be such as are specified in the first statutes.
