Section 13(1)(iii) in The Orissa Kendu Leaves (Control of Trade) Act, 1961

(iii)seize Kendu leaves in respect of which he suspects that any provision of this Act or the Rules made thereunder has been or is being or is about to be contravened with the receptacle containing such, leaves or the vehicles or boats used in carrying such leaves.
