Section 4(3) in Rajasthan Bovine Animal (Prohibition of Slaughter and Regulation of Temporary Migration or Export) Rules, 1995
(3)After satisfying about the genuineness of the application the Competent Authority may issue order s to the concerned Veterinary Officer to examine the health of the Bovine Animal and to affix permanent identification mark over the body of the said animal.
