45. Education.
- Milieu based therapy is a process of recovery, which starts through the culture and environment in an institution and has a critical emotional impact on the child-(a)Every institution shall provide education to all juveniles or children according to the age and ability, both inside he institution or outside, as per the requirement;(b)Extra coaching shall be made available to school going children in the institutions by encouraging volunteer services and/or tying up with coaching centres.
