(2)[ The election and co-option under sub-section (1) shall be held and made within such time and in such manner as the State Government may by general or special order direct, and any question or dispute relating to any such election or co-option, shall be referred to, the State Government whose decision shall be final.] [Substituted by section 2(c) of U.P.
