Petitioner is seeking quashing of the order dated 19.05.2020 (Annexure P-14) passed by respondent No.3.

Counsel for the respondent while referring to the written statement has submitted that the order impugned in the present petition has been withdrawn by the respondents. Hence the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

However, counsel for the petitioner has submitted that although the impugned order has been withdrawn, but the matter regarding sanction of earned leave of the petitioner is still not finalized by the respondents.
