Section 9(4) in The Kerala Paper Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2005
(4)[ The District Lottery Officer shall condone delay in presenting of the prized tickets up to thirty days and the Deputy Director shall condone delay up to forty-five days and the Director shall condone such delay up to sixty days on valid grounds.] [Substituted by Notification S.R.O.
