Section 9 in Central Council of Homoeopathy (General) Regulations, 2018
9. Quorum for meeting.
- If, at the time appointed for a meeting, a quorum is not present, the meeting shall not commence until a quorum is present, and if a quorum is not present, on the expiration of thirty minutes from the time appointed for the meeting or during the course of any meeting, the meeting shall stand adjourned to such future time and date as the President may appoint, and one third of the total members of the Central Council shall constitute a quorum.
