Section 16(2) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Reform Act, 1998
(2)An exemption may be granted,(a)to persons of a particular, category; or(b)to a particular person; or(c)for a particular period;and an exemption to persons of a particular category or to a particular person shall be published in such manner as the Commission considers appropriate for bringing it to the attention of that person or persons of that category and of the public in general.
