Section 13(5)(b) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015

(b)When action taken by the Vice-Chancellor under this subsection affects any person in the service, such person shall be entitled to prefer an appeal to the Executive Council, within a period of thirty days from the date on which notice of such action is communicated to him.
