Section 71(a) in The Bihar Private Forest Act, 1947
(a)in respect of any modification, suspension or extinction, as a result of any such notification or order or as a result of the restriction imposed by Section 19 or Section 20 of any rights which any person was entitled by virtue of any contract or otherwise to exercise in such forest:
