10. Duties of the Chairperson.
- The Chairperson shall discharge the following duties;(a)Normally to preside over all the meetings of the Board, unless prevented by a reasonable cause; and(b)To exercise such powers and to carry out such functions as may be delegated to him/her by the Board from time to time.
