Present petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 4 not to conduct illegal raids/unauthorized interference in the premises of the petitioners without adopting the provisions of law.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners have already made representation dated 04.11.2019 to Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, copy of which is available on the file as Annexure P-3, but still no action has been taken.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harbir Sandhu, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-State. Complete copy of paper book be supplied to him during the course of the day.
