Section 6(1) in The M.P. Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)The memorandum of association of every society shall state-(a)the name of the society;(b)the objects of the society;(c)the location of the head office of the society;(d)the names, addresses and occupations of the Governors, Council, Directors, Committee or other governing body to whom by the regulations of the society the management of its affairs is entrusted.
