23. Countersignatures of conductor's licence
. [Section 38(2)(j)] - A conductor's licence issued by a licensing authority having jurisdiction outside the State shall not be effective in the State, unless it is countersigned under the authority of a licensing authority having jurisdiction in the State in the manner as is applicable for removal of a conductor's licence.
