Section 3(1) in Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education Act, 1968
(1)The Government shall establish, by [notifications] [The Board established vide Not. No. 3-1/69 Edu. (U & B) dated 3-7-1969.] in the Official Gazette, a Board of School Education for Himachal Pradesh with effect from such date as may be specified in the notification.
