(1)A pass, in triplicate, shall be prepared by the officer-in-charge of the distillery or warehouse when any liquor is issued under Rule 150 (4) above.(2)One copy of the passes shall be delivered to the exporter to accompany the consignment, the second shall be forwarded to the Collector of the district to which the liquor is to be taken and the third shall be retained for record.
