Section 5(1) in Haryana Industry Facilitation Council (Arbitration) Rules, 2001
(1)A reference to the Council shall be made by way of statement of claim in Form-I accompanied by such documents and facts supporting his claim enclosing the requisite number of copies together with an initial share deposit towards costs of an amount of rupees five hundred by way of demand draft in the name of the Council.
