7. [ Preparation of Fixation Statement. [Substituted by Notification No. Tax/F. 10(i) LSG/56-69, dated 28-1-1975, Published in Rajasthan Gazette Part IV-C, dated 6-3-1975, page 630 (112)]
- On receipt of the option forms under rule 6, the Fixation Statement shall be checked by the Accounts Officer of the Department and approved by the Director and a copy of the same shall be sent to the Examiner for further necessary action for the issuance of pay slips under rule 60 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Accounts Rules, 1963].
