(g)"Village Panchayat" means [a Nyaya panchayat] [Ommitted by Rajasthan Act No. 33 of 1960 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, part IV-A Ex.-Ord., dated 27.9.1960.] established or deemed to be established under the [Rajasthan Panchayat Act, 1953] [Please now see Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 (13 of 1994).] (Rajasthan Act XXI of 1953).
