Section 3(3) in The Chhattisgarh Gram Nyayalaya Rules, 2001
(3)Where the number of non-applicants is more than one, as many extra copies of the application/plaint as there are non-applicants shall be furnished by the applicant:Provided that where the number of non-applicants is more than five, the Secretary may permit the applicant to file the extra copies of the application/ plaint at the time of issue of notice to the non-applicants.
