Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning Courses Common Entrance Test Rules, 2007
1. Short title applicability and Commencement.
(1)These rules may be called "the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering including Technology/Pharmacy/ Architecture and Planning Courses Common Entrance Test Rules, 2007.(2)They shall apply to Post Graduate Engineering including Technology/ Pharmacy/Architecture and Planning Courses offered by the University, aided and un-aided minority and Non-minority educational institutions in the State for entry into first year of the course.(3)They shall come into force with immediate effect.
