FACTS:
2. The appellant sought information about recommendation of selecting committee for appointing Ms. Mandeep as regular Assistant Professor in computer science subject in DAV College, Chandigarh, comparative bio data of all candidates shortlisted for interview, application of Ms. Mandeep etc. The PIO transferred the application to DAV College, Chandigarh and to CMJ University, Meghalaya. The appellant appealed before this Commission. Decision :
3. The appellant claimed that he was removed from service as he was exposing corruption in the DAV College, Chandigarh, affiliated to Punjab University. In this RTI application he alleged that Ms. Mandeep, daughter of Dr. Josan, Principal of DAV College was managed to get appointed as Asstt. Prof. in Computer Science on the basis of PHD from CMJ University Shillong, Meghalaya. He claims that the Ph.D degree was cancelled by the visitor of university and Governor, Meghalaya the appellant is seeking certified copies of documents showing her Ph.D etc. the Commission directs the respondent authority to provide certified copy of application of Ms. Mandeep with annexure, result code of UGC Net, degree and result notification of Ph.D and records of her attendance of classes, copies of cover and first 10 pages of her Ph.D thesis, her research paper/article published and marks awarded, copies of teaching experience if filed, copies of order/offer of appointment and joining report, within 20 days from the date of receipt of this order. The Commission directs not to give any personal information like address and reports of medical examination of Ms. Mandeep. The Commission directs the office to send soft copy of the order by email to the parties, if available.
