Section 15 in Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972
15. Powers of Government.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules the Government shall have full powers to close any camp or pass orders in respect of any prisoner regarding his withdrawal from any camp and his such orders shall be final.
