Section 1 in Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994
1. Short title, commencement and application.
(1)These rules may be called the Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994.(2)They shall come into force at once.(3)They shall apply to all the posts in Group 'A', Group 'B' and Group 'C' services in connection with the affairs of the State of Punjab.
