Section 30(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1963
(1)The Chairman, Vice-Chairman or Secretary of the market committee or any other member, officer or servant authorised by the committee in this behalf may summarily evict from the market any person found to be operating in the market area without holding a valid licence.
