Section 18(3) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Rules, 1957
(3)Buckets and other metal articles shall be sterlized with blow lamp or a prescribed disinfectant. Harness blankets, brushes, etc. shall be sterilized by sulphurous acid gas or burnt at the discretion of the Inspector.
