106CD. Penalty for obstructing persons employed by Zila Panchayat or Kshetra Panchayat.
- Whoever obstructs or molests a person employed by, or under contract with, the Zila Panchayat or a Kshettra Panchayat under this Act in the performance of his duty or in the fulfillment of his contract, or removes a mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction necessary to the execution of works authorized by this Act, shall be liable to conviction to imprisonment upto three months or fine up to fifty rupees or both as may be prescribed.
