Section 2(o) in Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000
(o)"Personal cultivation" with its grammatical variations and cognate expressions means cultivation by a person on his own account:-(i)by his own labour, or(ii)by the labour of any member of his family, or(iii)by servants or by hired labour of wages payable in cash or in kind but not as a share of produce under his personal supervision or the personal supervision of any member of his family;
