Section 12(1) in The Maharashtra Acupuncture System of Therapy Act, 2015
(1)The income of the Council shall consist of,-(a)fees received from the practitioners;(b)any other sums, including donations, received by the Council :Provided that, no donation shall be received by the Council from a foreign national, body, agency, institution or Government without the previous approval of the State Government.
