Section 2(h) in The Chhattisgarh Nagar Palika (Registration of Coloniser, Terms and Conditions) Rules, 1998
(h)"Competent Authority" means in relation to such Municipal area which comes within the limit of any Municipal Corporation, omitted Municipal Commissioner and in relation to such Municipal area which comes within the limit of any Municipal Council or Nagar Panchayat, the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue);
