Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the
circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the petition, the
High Court may be pleased to suspend the proceedings vide
LR/6001/INCEU dated 27-01-2025 of the 7^^ respondent to the 5*^ respondent
since he is incompetent. Pending disposal of WP No. 4009 of 2025, on the
file of the High Court.
The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and
the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the High Court
dated. 19.02.2Gr25, 02.07.2025, 30.07.2025, 22.08.2025 & 01.12.2025
made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Chiranjeevi Talasila,
Advocate for the Petitioners, and of Sri Sridhar Tummaiapudi (Central Govt
Counsel), for the Respondent Nos.1 to 5, & 7, and of Sri Syed Khader
Mastali, Advocate for the Respondent No.9, the Court made the following;
ORDER:
Though request was made to file neat copy of the letter dated 21.01.2025, the same was not filed and further, learned counsel for the petitioner was not ready to argue the matter.' Therefore, the interim order granted on 19.02.2025 shall stand vacated.
Post the matter, for hearing, in usual course.
