12. Filing of reply to the appeal and other documents
(1)The respondent may file reply in duplicate to the appeal along with documents, in the secretariat of the appellate authority, within one month of the service of the notice on him of the filing of the memorandum of appeal.(2)The respondent shall also endorse one copy of the reply to the appeal along with documents filed as per sub-rule (1) to the appellant.(3)The appellate authority may, in its discretion on an application by the respondent, allow the filing of the reply after the expiry of period referred to in sub-rule (1).
