State of Assam - Subsection

Section 15(2)(a) in The Assam Ancient Monuments and Records Act, 1959

(a)by prohibition the entry therein except in accordance with the conditions prescribed with the concurrence of the persons, if any, religious charge of the said monument or part thereof, and any person not entitled so to enter by the religious usage of the community by which the monument or part thereof is used; or
