Section 14(2) in Telangana Court of Wards Act, 1350 F

(2)On publication under sub-section (1), the Court shall appoint the [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.] or any person who shall under this Act, discharge the duties of a [Collector] [Substituted for the word 'Taluqdar' by the A.P.A.O. 1957.].
