(2)The service of these notices shall be effected-(a)in the case of the Commissioner or Assistant Commissioner, by a copy being sent by registered post to the Commissioner or Assistant Commissioner, as the case may be ;(b)in the case of each of the other persons mentioned in Clause (b)-(i)by delivery of a copy to such person or to some adult male member of his family at his usual place of residence or to the authorised agent of such person or by registered post, or(ii)by affixture of a copy on some conspicuous part of the last known residence of such person or on some conspicuous part of the village where the Inam or Jagir land of the religious institutions are situate.
