Section 1(19) in The Orissa Reduction and Remissions of Court-fees Order, 1943
(19)to remit the fees chargeable in respect of Indian Probates, Letters of Administration or succession certificates on the share or other interest of a deceased member of a Company formed under the Indian Companies Act, 1913 (VII of 1913) ; provided that the said share or interest was registered in a branch register in the United Kingdom under the Indian Companies (Branch Registers) Act, 1900 (IV of 1900), and that such member was at the date of his decease domiciled elsewhere, than in India;
