82. Magistrates having jurisdiction to try offences.
- No Magistrate other than-(a)[*****](b)a Magistrate whose powers are not less than those of a Magistrate of the second class; or(c)a Magistrate of the third class, specially empowered by the District Magistrate in this behalf,shall try any offence punishable under this Act.
