Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(1)The Commissioner. Tribal Area Development, Government of Rajasthan, shall provide co-operation and co-ordination in the constitution of legal aid committees in the tribal sub-plan areas or the tribal pockets of MADA areas in Rajasthan declared as such by the State Government and in Shahabad and Kishanganj Tehsil of Kota District.
