State of Goa - Subsection

Section 5(7)(i) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Rules, 1975

(i)If satisfied that the school is deserving of recognition the recommendations of the Recognition Committee will be considered by the Board through Executive Council and the latter shall direct the Secretary to enter its name upon the list of the recognised Secondary and Higher Secondary Schools as the case may be, to be maintained by him and the Secretary shall inform the school, under intimation to the Director of Education in which subjects, on what condition, for what period and for what final examination it has been recognised;
