Section 463(1) in The Gujarat Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(1)The Commissioner shall cause all bye-laws from time to time in force to be printed and shall cause printed copies thereof to be delivered to any person requiring the same, on payment of such fees for each copy as he may fix.
