Section 115C(1) in The Gujarat Co-Operative Societies Act, 1961
(1)A person shall not be eligible for being chosen as a committee member unless he,-(a)is continuously a member of the bank for a period of not less than three years and continues to be such member, and(b)has deposited in the bank an amount of not less than twenty thousand rupees and continues to so deposit.
