This order shall dispose of two writ petitions bearing CWP No. 22379 of 2018 and CWP No. 22418 of 2018 as both the petitions are interconnected and can be disposed of by a common order.
Learned counsel for both the parties are ad idem that these petitions may be disposed of with a direction that the property attached by the Income Tax Department shall be sold by the petitioners and after adjusting its dues, the petitioners would pay the surplus amount, if any, to the Income Tax Department.
In view of the aforesaid, present petitions are hereby disposed of accordingly.
