JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.) This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take necessary action with regard to laying speed breakers near the Primary Health Centre(Hospital).
2.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that for safety reasons instead of speed breakers rumble strips are laid wherever necessary and insofar as the location mentioned in the writ petition viz., the Primary Health Centre(Hospital), situated near to the junction connecting Uthanandan Kudiyurrupu(MTR Road), Kanniyakumari District, are laid. In this regard photographs have also been furnished.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
