Justice Surjit Singh, President (Oral) Matter had been adjourned from Yesterday, on the asking of the learned counsel for the appellants. Today nobody appears for the appellants. Matter was taken up in the morning, on its turn. That time, nobody appeared. It has been taken again. This time also, nobody appears. Hence, application (M.A.No.1016/2014) for condonation of delay is dismissed, in default of appearance of the applicants/appellants. Consequently, the appeal (F.A. No.443/2014) is also dismissed, being barred by time.
