Section 9 in The Regularisation of Unauthorized Developments in the City of Ulhasnagar Act, 2006
9. Removal of doubt.
- For the removal of doubt, it is hereby declared that regularization of unauthorized development under this Act shall be without prejudice to any civil or the criminal liability to which a person may be subject to under any other law for the time being in force.
