Section 29(c) in The National Company Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1980
(c)wilfully withholds or fails to furnish to the Central Government or the existing or new, Government company or any person or body of persons specified by that Government or such Government company, as the case may be, any document relating to the undertaking, owned by the Company, which may be in his possession, custody or control; or
