Section 1 in The Port Of Calcutta Towage And Pilotage Fees Order, 1997
1. Short title and commencement.
-(i) This order shall be called the Port of Calcutta, Towage and pilotage Fees Order, 1997.(ii)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
