Section 24(1) in Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2005
(1)The Academic Council shall be incharge of the academic affairs of the University and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the statutes, superintend, direct and control and be responsible for the maintenance of standards of instruction, education and examinations and other matters, connected with the obtaining of degree and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties, as may be prescribed.
