24. Scrutiny of application.
- The Appointing Authority shall scrutinize the applications received by them and require as many candidates qualified for appointment under these rules as seem to them desirable to appear before them for interviewProvided that the decision of the Appointing Authority, as to the eligibility or otherwise of a candidate shall be final.
